EMDR THERAPY

In EMDR therapy sessions, we’ll work to reprocessing past trauma and the effects to a more healthy and adaptive response. EMDR is a safe and effective way to resolve past trauma and mood issues, to help get past feeling of hopelessness and feeling stuck. Get in touch to book an appointment.
